Contact us

Common questions
- How do posts work? Every post is a map pin with a photo, video, or text. Posts are anonymous and disappear automatically within about a day.
- Do I need an account? No. There are no accounts, names, or emails — you're anonymous. A random handle is assigned to your device.
- How do I report something? Tap the "…" menu on any post or comment and choose Report. Images are also automatically screened, and reported content is reviewed and removed (typically within 24 hours).
- How do I block someone? Use the "…" menu on their post or comment and choose Block. You can manage blocked users in Settings.
- How do I delete my own post? Open Settings → My posts, and delete any of your active posts.
- What is checking in? Checking in shares your approximate location as anonymous activity for a time you choose (15 minutes to 3 hours). It appears to others only as an aggregated heatmap, never as your exact location or identity, and it ends automatically.
- Privacy & safety. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Community Guidelines.
Report abuse or a safety concern
For urgent safety issues or to report content that violates our guidelines, email support@pinonymous.app with details (and the time/location of the post if relevant). We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
